Product Line Architecture
Advanced training
Industry organizations and manufacturers of complex products and services now face fragmented markets where each segment is characterized by fierce competition and a high degree of specificity required by customers and end-users. There is therefore a real competitive advantage to be able to offer to end-users, and at controlled cost, products that suit their needs.
Our training answers this industrial challenge: how to make custom products at controlled costs and risks? You learn how to maximize the reusability of existing components, while mastering the diversity of a family / product line, leading to flexible and modular architectures.
