| Our identity

Our consultants are systems engineers and architects (MBSE) who work in numerous industries (aeronautics, space, automotive, rail, energy, etc.) to ensure the control, optimization, and governance of systems at all stages of their life cycle: innovation, engineering/design, manufacturing, operation, and maintenance. They provide their clients with recognized and proven systems engineering and enterprise architecture methods combined with unique approaches to operational coaching and collaborative team engagement.

CESAMES is also a dynamic and responsible team of 40 employees with:
A CSR team responsible for raising awareness, mobilizing, and engaging the entire company around two simple objectives: minimizing our negative impacts and maximizing the well-being of our employees.
An entertainment team responsible for organizing all our internal events, such as after-work drinks, themed evenings, breakfasts, and seminars. Sharing and mutual support are core values ​​at CESAMES.

CESAMES is committed to and works daily to better take into account social and environmental issues in its decision-making and activities, by promoting transparent and ethical behavior. This strong commitment is formalized by a CSR commitment charter involving all employees with strong support from the management team. The systemic approach (which aims to be holistic and based on needs) and collaborative methods, both necessary to understand and respond to current and future societal challenges, constitute the DNA of CESAMES and the core business of all our architects. Our CSR processes permeate the entire organization, from the offer to the end of the mission, with key indicators to measure their performance. These reflect our CSR vision, which is structured around 3 pillars:

EMPLOYEE WELL-BEING

Numerous initiatives are being carried out to guarantee and improve employee well-being: raising employee awareness of workplace ergonomics, participatory innovation, an anonymous bi-annual survey of employees on their well-being, significant time devoted to training, promotion of teleworking, and the organization of regular seminars.

ENVIRONMENTAL FOOTPRINT

We strive to reduce our environmental footprint in several ways. First, by implementing the following small everyday actions: reducing printing and waste in general, sorting waste, using non-disposable tableware, etc. Then, we reduce our business trips to what is strictly necessary and favor the train when the journey time is less than 3.5 hours. Finally, a charter of good environmental practices capitalizes on all the rules and practices in force to allow employees to know them and apply them easily. In addition to working on our environmental footprint, we raise awareness among our clients about theirs, in particular by considering the interactions of their systems and organizations with the natural environment.

SOCIAL AND ETHICAL IMPACT

We place the utmost importance on respecting clear ethical standards, placing the client’s interest above our own while observing strict confidentiality to maintain an essential bond of trust. We select our suppliers based on their CSR impact and only very exceptionally use short-term contracts. A code of ethics describes our approach. Finally, in order to share our best practices and benefit from our systemic expertise, we lead a community of system architects, organizing events and working groups.
