Our operational project coaching offer:
one of CESAMES’ flagship services and a differentiating factor highlighted by all our customers.
Project coaching alternates between flexible half-day work and coaching sessions. This program helps a project team build an Enterprise Architecture or System Architecture file to successfully complete the design and development phase of a complex industrial product or organizational transformation.

Our coaching approach is always tailored to your specific needs for value creation and project achievement.
Coaching is also one of the best ways to increase the maturity of the team or individual being coached by providing them with the required architectural knowledge as needed. Each project team (or individual) is supported by a coach (one of our architects) who provides personal guidance to help them implement the CESAM method and successfully complete their project.

A CESAMES intervention model is a framework that allows us to be more efficient and more consistent during our missions by being adapted to the context and situation of each of our clients.
The strategic and differentiating choice of the CESAMES firm is to invest each year a significant part of its employees’ time to perfect their expertise in MBSE (model-based systems engineering), to feed the documentation of the CESAM method (our MBSE architecture framework described in our expertise), to perfect their mastery of modeling tools and finally, to document our mission intervention protocols – which we call our intervention models – as well as the know-how they apply.
These intervention models are based on:
➤ more than 30 years of academic research on complex systems engineering and architecture (MBSE),
➤ the professional expertise of our consultants, all from industry, in modeling tools,
➤ observation and adaptation to the evolving needs of our clients.
The common objectives of all these intervention models are:
