Engineering & Systems Architecture training
Upon request of the companies, CESAMES Academy have been training and supporting Industry, Services and Administration major accounts for more than 10 years.
CESAMES Academy trainers and coaches are all confirmed architects with strong operational background and seniority. Their business and sector knowledge, combined with their architectural expertise, make CESAMES trainers and consultants highly efficient, relevant and adaptable to our clients.
Our intervention model is based on the CESAM (CESAMES Systems Architecting Method), a systems architecting & modelling framework, implemented since 2003 in close interaction with many industrial leading companies. It is dedicated to the working systems architects, engineers or modelers to help them better master the complex integrated systems they are dealing with.
CESAM provides all architects with operational and pragmatic processes and tools to build the right architectural views of a system and create convergence among all the project stakeholders on a common vision. CESAM is complementary with INCOSE (system engineering) et TOGAF (enterprise architecture) certifications.
CESAM allows to easily evaluate level of knowledge and experience in both system and enterprise architecture of a collaborator, regardless of their seniority and level in the company.
The CESAM methodological standard has been operationally deployed on over 5,000 complex systems development projects. It is used by many major accounts, and over 10,000 engineers, project leaders and managers have already taken our training courses in France and abroad.

A skills enhancement pathway in systems architecture
To meet the needs of our customers and all levels of maturity of the public to be trained and supported, CESAMES Academy offers a multi-level, certifying course for enhancing skills in system architecture or enterprise architecture.
This course is based on the “Pocket Guide CESAM” and on the “system architect” skills repository. Which covers all our systems architecture and enterprise architecture training courses, since these two disciplines are sufficiently similar to have a single skills repository, even if the systems to which these skills apply are different.
The CESAM “Systems Architect” skills enhancement pathway certifies the ability to implement system architecture or enterprise architecture methods in a professional situation, which are key tools for the competitiveness of organizations. It is associated with a multi-level CESAM professional certification delivered by CESAMES.
INTRODUCTORY TRAINING – 2 to 3 days
Introductory training are designed to cover the needs of your management to raise awareness of the architectural approach and to allow your architects to better understand all the issues and key architectural processes.
ON-THE-JOB TRAINING – 6 to 12 months
Training actions (6 to 12 months) involve learning from a “real-life” project on which the trainee(s) are working. Combining theory, practical input and project-based coaching, they are remarkable tools for enhancing skills.
SENIORITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
This module is intended for professionals with more than 15 years of experience as a system architect or enterprise architect.
FELLOW
CESAM Fellow is the highest acknowledgement of one’s architectural professional
skills by its peers. This certification validates a key contribution to the CESAM method evolution.

If you would like to register for one of our training courses, contact us by email or telephone indicating the session(s) that interest you. You will then receive your quote by email.
After validation of the prerequisites and the suitability of the training to your needs, you will receive confirmation of your reservation by email.
The agreement will be sent to your company’s Human Resources department for signature. You will then receive your convening notice by email. Registration can be done up to 3 weeks before the training date, subject to availability.
