Complex systems industries

Our main business sectors

Our architects support major French and international accounts to help them secure their complex projects.

Aeronautics

We support our customers in the development of all types of technical systems: aircraft, aircraft engines, landing gear, seats, electrical systems, fuel systems, etc., but also in the rationalisation of these systems (product lines), as well as their development processes and associated information systems.

Automotive

We work with both vehicle manufacturers and equipment suppliers on most of the systems that make up a vehicle, from technical components to driver assistance systems (ADAS), always with the same approach, enabling clear transmission of development information between sub-systems.

Defense & space

From ‘Systems of Systems’ issues to equipment re-use, CESAMES is able to apply its method at many systemic levels, ensuring that analyses are carried out at the right levels. Weapons systems, space systems, inertial units, sensors and mission preparation software are just some of the systems studied in recent years.

Energy & distribution

We are working on the transformation and operational implementation of engineering practices at nuclear power producers and equipment suppliers in France, with the aim of drastically reducing the number of modifications made during the project and controlling timescales and costs through the implementation of controlled and collaborative engineering, architecture and systems integration. We are involved at all levels of the system, from the production unit to the elementary systems.

Railway

Railway equipment manufacturers, network operators and European projects have all benefited from our expertise in mastering complex systems, on issues covering rolling stock, signalling systems, reference architectures and project line optimisation. For example, we are working to define the architecture of the future trans-European signalling system.

Services

CESAMES is also involved in a wide range of sectors such as public services – in particular by supporting the design and transformation of technical systems for air traffic control and airport platforms -, construction – by helping the giants of the sector to move towards modular and configurable construction – , electronics – by optimising product lines to drastically reduce diversity and achieve significant cost and time savings…
