As part of our consulting missions, our posture is radically turned towards the creation of operational added value around the control of complex systems: we produce measurable results!

Consulting

CESAMES’ mission is to improve the operational performance and control of complex systems throughout their lifecycle.

The key to successful organizational transformation is the ability to mobilize the players involved. The support provided by CESAMES is structured to enable each hierarchical level to be engaged, one by one, on the direction, principles and modalities of the transformation to be implemented.

CESAMES supports the strategy, the framing, the definition of the detailed operational model, the implementation of pilots, the commitment of all levels of management right down to the field, and the deployment and improvement of skills.

Our intervention models:

CESAMES’ strategic and differentiating choice is to invest a significant proportion of its team’s time each year in perfecting their expertise in MBSE (model-based systems engineering), in feeding the documentation of the CESAM method (our MBSE architecture framework described in our expert reports), in perfecting their mastery of modeling tools and, finally, in documenting our intervention protocols – which we call our intervention models – as well as the know-how they apply.

These intervention models are based on :

Over 30 years of academic research in complex systems engineering and architecture (MBSE).

The business expertise of our consultants, who all come from industry, in modeling tools.

Observing and adapting to the changing needs of our customers.

The common objectives of all these intervention models are :

To ensure that all our staff know and share best practices, so that they can provide the best possible support to our customers and be as efficient as possible, both quickly and collectively, on their missions.

Act as a reference (choice of templates, tools, examples, field feedback, etc.) to serve as the basis for our intervention for all resources involved throughout the life cycle.

A CESAMES intervention model is a framework that enables us to be more efficient and consistent during our missions, by being adapted to the context and situation of each of our customers.

Coaching

Operational project coaching: one of CESAMES’ flagship services and a differentiating factor highlighted by all our customers.

Project coaching alternates flexible half-day work & coaching sessions. This service helps a project team to put together an Enterprise Architecture or System Architecture file in order to successfully complete the design and development phase of a complex industrial product or organizational transformation.

Our 2 types of coaching:

Individual system architect coaching or project team coaching

Our coaching method is always built around a package adapted to meet your needs for creating value and achieving results. ‘objectives on a project stage.
Coaching is also one of the best ways to increase the maturity of the team or the person supported by communicating, as and when needed, the required architectural knowledge. Each project team (or person) is accompanied by a coach (one of our architects) who follows them personally to help them deploy the CESAM method and carry out their project.
This project support is highlighted in the satisfaction surveys carried out with our customers, as being a real plus and a driver of unparalleled added value.

CESAMES Academy

A twofold increase in skills

CESAM Academy’s training courses provide a two-fold increase in skills, both in terms of systems engineering and “soft skills”, thanks to a significant amount of hands-on time spent on collaborative exercises. Numerous inter-company sessions are organized throughout the year.
