Thanks to enterprise architecture, you will be able to better control the costs, quality and performance of your transformations. The goal of this training is to give you an overview of the basics and key processes of enterprise architecture. You will leave with a practical method directly applicable in your context.

Understand how the system approach applied to a company can respond to the challenges of digital transformation and/or optimization of information systems
Structuring and launching the activities to be carried out to successfully complete the digital transformation and/or optimization of information systems project, through the application of a reference method deployed in many professional environments
Define with the teams a reference language and concepts useful for collaboration between all stakeholders

Prerequisite: have at least 2 years of experience in the field of design and management of complex organizations and information systems.
 
Methods used & program: we dedicate a large part of our modules to exchanges and interaction with trainees, but above all to practice to facilitate learning. For 3 days, you will immediately apply your knowledge in exercises applying the enterprise architecture approach to a simple company that you choose collectively.
