Structuring a Model-Based Approach in Capella

TOOLED | 2 DAYS
Next session : see the calendar

Description

In an industrial context where system complexity continues to increase, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) has become a key approach for structuring, managing, and controlling the development of complex systems. To implement this approach, the use of specialized tools such as Capella allows for the rigorous and consistent modeling, analysis, and validation of these systems.
This training aims to provide participants with a practical methodology for structuring and deploying an MBSE approach in the Capella tool.

Training Objectives:
At the end of this training, you will be able to:
— Explain the fundamentals of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
— Link system architecture activities to modeling activities in the tool.
— Know how to create a model structure and main views in the Capella tool.

Target Audience: Engineers.

Prerequisites: At least two years of experience in the design and management of complex industrial systems.
A basic knowledge of systems architecture (having completed an introductory training course in systems architecture) is a plus.
A Capella license and familiarity with the tool are recommended for interactive exercises.

Methods Used: We dedicate a large portion of our modules to discussion and interaction with trainees, but above all, to practical work to facilitate learning. In addition to the training materials, the instructor will navigate the tool throughout the two days. For the exercises, trainees who have access to the tool will be able to use their computers (license access not provided). The exercise methods will be adapted based on the number of people using the tool.
